My story starts out unique in that I was 58 when I was diagnosed with adult onset DMG Diffused Midline Glioma (a pediatric diagnosis). I had a biopsy to confirm diagnosis and IDH WT H3 K27 me3altered genetic specifics.  I went through standard 6 weeks of radiation and then fortunate enough to start on Onc201 trial drug.  I have continued on that for past 2 plus years and fortunate I am here today to try and make a difference.  I hope that by being an adult patient, I can use my voice to speak on behalf of the kids that may not be able to.
