Jocelyn has been an outstanding, charming, little signing girl taking over the scene since she has been born.  Bringing light to the day. On 9-4-21 our world changed forever.  Jocelyn continues to be the same fighting soul, loving, little girl she always has been.  Jocelyn just wants a chance at life.
