Chisholm Tail Middle School is hosting a Gold Out Game for September Childhood Cancer Awareness Month dedicated to the incredible children and families whose lives have been touched by pediatric cancer. Learn about the amazing local kids warriors at Gold Out Games: Austin/Round Rock, TX | The Cure Starts Now, whose courage reminds us every day what true strength looks like.

• Every day, about 43 children in the United States are diagnosed with cancer. 

• More than 15,500 children under the age of 19 in the United States are diagnosed with cancer each year, and sadly is one of the leading causes of death from disease in children each year.

• Cancer occurs regularly, randomly and spares no racial, ethnic group, geographic region or socioeconomic class.
