Adi Jane is a bright, sassy, and beautiful girl from Danville, KY. On October 10th, she and her parents, Wes and Jessica, faced their worst nightmare—they were told Adi had an unknown tumor in her brain. Following an MRI, multiple tests, and surgery to remove the tumor, doctors diagnosed Adi Jane with a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer: grade 3 Anaplastic Ependymoma. This cancer typically develops at the base of the brain and spinal cord, and unfortunately, it has a high likelihood of recurrence, which may mean additional surgeries in the future. Wes and Jessica took Adi Jane to Cincinnati for six weeks of radiation treatment, which was five days a week. This upended life for Adi and her family, including her three brothers. She has had one scan since her return from radiation and it was clear. She will return for another scan in May. Please join us in keeping Adi Jane in your thoughts and prayers. #TeamAdiJane
