Deliah was diagnosed with two brain tumors on top of each other and hydrocephalus at 7 years old. She immediately had two brain surgeries just weeks apart. The tumor on top of her 4th ventricle cannot be removed due to its location. She was diagnosed with Astrocytoma Not Otherwise Specified with an ALK+ genomic mutation. (Typically found in adult lung cancer)

Deliah has double vision from brain surgeries and also had two eye surgeries to try and correct it. Unfortunately it didn't quite work and she lives with double vision daily. She also suffers with chronic neck pain. She was diagnosed with cervical dystonia - related to brain surgery and/or the tumor 

Deliah has had one year of chemotherapy and seven months of oral inhibitors. We decided to take a break due to QOL and ended up getting three years. October 2024 it was time to go back on treatment.
