In addition to presenting, BAMWX has made it our goal to help make this fundraiser be the most successful one yet for Adalynn Strong and the Cure Starts Now!

Adalynn Jessen was diagnosed with DIPG-a “rare” inoperable brain tumor July 22, 2020 at only 3 years old. Addie fought valiantly through treatment until she gained her angel wings in May 2021. 

Now the Adalynn Strong chapter of the Cure Starts Now fundraises and fights in honor of Addie Mae.

The Cure Starts Now (501c3 Federal Non-Profit) is one of the only cancer foundations dedicated to a “homerun” cure for all cancers, starting first with one of the most deadly and difficult cancers: pediatric brain cancer. Many experts believe that the lessons we learn from fighting pediatric cancer may in fact provide us the critical first step in winning the battle against all forms of cancer, both pediatric and adult.
