Johnny was an active boy that loved playing basketball, football and video games before being diagnosed with a brain tumor in September 2023. 

As a result of the tumor, he has lost his vision. Over the last 7 months, Johnny has bravely endured 8 surgeries, 12 procedures, 31 rounds of proton radiation and has completed 4 intense rounds of chemo. He has spent 104 days in patient at CHOP.

Throughout this journey, Johnny has stayed positive, making friends along the way. 

He could always be found in the playroom, happy to play with whoever was there. He loves telling jokes to the doctors and staff.

We could not have survived this experience without the support of our family, friends, church and school communities. We will never know how many prayers were lifted up for Johnny- from all across the country and the globe! Thank you for praying for us, they have sustained us. By the grace of God, Johnny has reached the end of treatment and has rung the bell! We are so thankful for your support, please continue praying for us as we adjust to our new normal.
