July was a joyful and infectious 5yr old. He was diagnosed with DIPG, on October 12th, 2023.   

July loved to run, play, tell jokes, swim, read, and spend time with family and friends. He did not like to be the center of attention. He shied away from the spotlight. 

He had a passion to play football and really anything with a ball. Since he could walk, he would be playing football or pretending to run out of the tunnel. He loved the Oklahoma Sooners and Kansas City Chiefs.

"For a five year old, July possessed in him more compassion and grace than most human beings will ever have. His love for his friends and family shone daily, but when he showed or voiced his heart for the hurting or the sick, we were always reminded of how shortsighted we can be with our time and focus, rather than on others. Even in his passing, he continues to give through the donation of his tissues for genetic and tumor research.
