Jacob was the strongest, most hilarious, 100% all boy, 5 year old. He bravely and so fiercely fought his battle with medulloblastoma for 7 months, none of which was easy or followed the “plan”. Every bit of his fight was hard and unknown, yet he took it all and handled it like a champ. He had the kindest, most giving and grateful heart. He was wise beyond his 5 years. He could light up any room he walked into, you instantly fell in love with him. His smile was absolutely beautiful and so contagious. He loved life, experiences, adventure, his family and had something kind to say about anyone or any situation. Jacob’s battle ended 07/30/23 his body was too tired even though he was still fighting. He is now the mightiest Forever5 warrior and we will continue to fight as that is what he would’ve wanted and would be doing if he was still here.
